Arenal Danaus, La Fortuna Waterfall and Baldi Hot Springs

The last volcano of five in the Guanacaste Volcanic Mountain Range is located in the limiting borders of Guanacaste and Alajuela. At nearly 3 hours away from Tamarindo we will go directly toward a scenic view of a beautiful lake and volcano where diversity is at its fullest. Once in Arenal, we will hike in Reserve Danaus for 1 hour in the Tropical Moist Forest and encounters with species will be substantial. From the slow moving sloth, manakins, euphonias, warblers, tanagers, boat billed herons, toucans, butterfly gardens, and crocodiles. La Fortuna Waterfall one of the secrets and treasures of the community located in the middle of Fortuna town. One of the biggest waterfalls in the country holding a majestic scenic view with mayor diversity in which you can’t miss a swim. Baldi Hot springs is located in the foothills of the volcano where we will pass the latter part of the afternoon enjoying the astonishing view of the cinder volcano and enjoying the hot spring pools.
